Our pre-vetted candidate pool operates on an "always ready" model. Candidates in TAP THE BENCH remain active in our database for 12 months after last activity, can request removal or update their status at any time, will be notified before their profile is shared with specific employers, and may be contacted periodically via email or SMS to confirm continued availability.
TAP READY
Training program participants should note that training completion records are maintained for 10 years to support placement guarantees, performance assessments are shared with potential employers, placement guarantee requires participation in ongoing job search support activities, and video recordings may be used for quality assurance.
TAP GROWTH
Retention consulting clients should be aware that employee engagement data is collected and analyzed in aggregate form, individual employee information is protected and only shared with authorized company representatives, retention audits may include confidential surveys and interviews, and consultation reports include recommendations based on proprietary analytics models.
TAP MATCH
Our micro-interviewing process involves video-recorded interview segments that may be shared with hiring managers, personality assessments and cultural fit evaluations, AI-assisted matching algorithms that analyze candidate-company compatibility, and rapid response protocols that may accelerate information sharing (with consent).
TAP SCALE
